A brass quintet from the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra are playing in North Cornwall at St Endellion Church on 30 March 2017 as part of the Cornwall Carn to Cove scheme. They’ll present a range of music from Bach to A Nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square and will be joined by some young Cornish brass instrument players.
Formed in May 1893, the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra has been making music for over 120 years. They are proud to be unique in that they aren’t based in a major city and work across the whole region of the South and South West.
They say: ‘Our musicians have the passion and flexibility to inspire audiences in a way that truly celebrates the role that culture, and in our case music, has and must always have in enhancing and transforming lives’.
St. Endellion Church is just a few miles from Glen Valley Cottage.
