Warm, comfortable and great location
This is our first time here, but it definitely won’t be our last. Fantastic cottage with everything you could possibly need. Warm, comfortable and great location. We also had good weather. A fantastic 2 weeks. We don’t want to go home.

Lovely cottage, would come and stay again
Lovely cottage and very well equipped. Only downside we found was only the main radiator in the lounge worked, other one and bedroom ones did not work and could not override. Would definitely recommend and would come and stay again.
Janet, Emma and Woody, Lincolnshire
Please: If you have trouble getting the radiators to work get in touch straight away. The radiators are new, sophisticated, effective and we can control them remotely via an app. Adjustment shouldn’t be needed but you can contact us, or radiator instructions are in the sideboard middle drawer.
In the colder months – When you arrive the radiators will have been set to keep the rooms at 16 to 17 degrees. There are sensors so they will turn this up to around 22 degrees when you walk in. If you go out the radiators will reset to 16 to 17 degrees and when you are back, they will turn up to 22 degrees again. If you get too hot you can turn each one off with the switch marker ‘on/off’ on the front panel.
In the warmer months – the heating will be off when you arrive. You can turn radiators on and off using the ‘on/off’ on the front panel and they will work as above.

Fallen in love with Rock, Padstow and Port Isaac
Thank you both so much for what has been a fabulous holiday. It’s our last night and just enjoyed an amazing meal at the Stargazy Inn in Port Isaac. Very sad to be leaving. Fallen in love with Rock, Padstow and Port Isaac. Cottage has been a super base and location for us and we have felt very snug here and comfortable. The peace and quiet has been wonderful.

A fantastic holiday here made even more amazing by the fantastic weather. Great place to stay, cosy, comfortable and well equipped. So many beautiful places, Rock and great surfing and family beaches. Morgan Porth one of my favourites but can’t go wrong with any of them. Thanks for a great stay and we’ll be back next April.

First time in Glen Valley holiday cottage - we love Treglyn
‘First time in Glen Valley Cottage & sure it won’t be our last. Had everything we needed including a tumble dryer -what a luxury (& wifi for the kids!) We love Treglyn for the outside space & short distance to our favourite beach – Polzeath! 2 trips there despite changeable weather plus Trevone Bay, another family favourite. New this year – Harlyn Bay – highly recommended & a rainy morning activity – Kernow Chocolate Factory. Sorry we only have a week, we will be back! Last evening meal at The Malsters Arms in Chapel Amble, always worth a visit, food never disappoints but best to book ahead. Thank you’.

Excellent holiday cottage - cosy, modern and clean
‘Excellent cottage, well equipped and very cosy but modern and clean. The weather was reasonably good for us with only one wet day. We and the dogs enjoyed the beaches and we were able to stop them getting the rabbits much to their annoyance and frustration. We would definitely recommend the cottage to friends and family’.

Cozy Cornish holiday cottage - very memorable stay
‘Lovely cottage. Very well equipped kitchen. Cozy bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds. Cute bathroom with 24 hour hot water and an instant geezer (shower). I was accompanied by my parents from India who immensely enjoyed their stay. We also visited most of the tourist places around and immensely enjoyed the countryside, the beaches, the well maintained villages and the hospitality of people in Cornwall. Very memorable visit and stay’.
