Eden Classic Cycle Ride Event 7 May 2017

If you’re fascinated by the Eden project, want to discover the Lost Gardens of Heligan and like a cycling challenge, then Cornwall’s Eden Classic Cycle Ride event on 7 May 2017 could be your perfect day out.

You and around 800 others will begin the sportive with a ride through the Eden project, which is normally closed to all traffic, to the start line opposite the Rainforest Biome. Then you’ve a choice of 3 routes with varying distances, 35, 65 or 100 miles.

After climbing out of the Eden site the routes take you through wonderful Cornish countryside. The first station, for all riders, is at the Lost Gardens of Heligan, where you can enjoy drinks and food.

The Eden project will be open and free that weekend for all family and friends of the riders.

For the first time special Eden Classic Cycle Ride jerseys will be available as a memento of your challenge, available from the Eden shop.

More details and booking at British Cycling and at the Eden Project website.
